1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
In original packaging with all tags attached
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags may not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked as “Final Sale”)
Gift cards
Personalized or customized items
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
Email us at support@zaxellc.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with instructions on how to ship the item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made a mistake.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return your original item and place a new order separately.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@zaxellc.com. We will resolve the issue quickly at no extra cost to you.
7. Cancellations
We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. We cannot guarantee cancellations once the order is processed or shipped.
8. Shipping Policy Reminder
We currently ship only within the United States. Free standard shipping is available for orders over $200.
